I started a policy two days ago, needed to switch to a different less expensive vehicle and not only did this place charge me $100 for the switch (which is not in the paperwork it's stated about adding a vehicle not switching) but the girl then said the price point wouldn't change. Canceling this policy they already charged me $50 for coming in person to get the policy started and told me it would have been cheaper over the phone. Trash!
