The agent who opened a policy for my dad lied to him 2 times. She quoted him $393.55 a month but charged $629 to open the policy PLUS $125 commission. (Which of course she didn’t disclose to him). He called to ask why his payment hadn’t been deducted one month later and she told him everything was fine and it would be deducted at a later date. All the while, their underwriters had already canceled the policy. They can’t refund the commission because they “don’t give refunds.” Of course they don’t.
