Nice and "relaxed" atmosphere as long as you are working. Some colleagues are willing to teach but remember to make notes, they will be needed. The Amtec /Tristaff staff are good and helpful. I have used Tristaff before and as before they go out of their way to assist you, especially when you are starting out with them. I would recommend Tristaff / Amtec to any who are looking for work.
