Don't leave many reviews. But when you come to Reedy Creek Village, you're made to feel like family. Reception are great at fitting you in. Nurses are great with their knowledge and understanding of different needs. Now the doctors...both Joel and Katrin have practically saved my life with different ailments. They went above and beyond for me. Wether just someone to sound out to or having heart problems, I thank them for their help and advice.
Went to this clinic after around 8-9 months and the lady at the counter said that I have to pay $90 for script. I said I was an existing patient, so I was told that I was existing patient, but since I wasn't a regular, I had to pay $90 and if I was a regular it was covered by bulk bill. I was confused, so if I looked after myself and am fit and don't have to visit the doctor frequently, I had to pay. But If I was sick more and ate junk and was a regular patient, it would be free for me. This is unbelievable and not sure what... read more
