Had a problem with my furnace on 12/09/16 (Friday). I called 4 companies and two called back and two did not. The 2 said they would call back on Monday, never did. I called Steve on Monday 12/12, he called back within the 1/2 hour and said he could come to give an estimate in 10 minutes. He was there in 10.
