We have owned a rental apartment on Bourke Street in Waterloo since 2011. Amsure Crown Square have managed it the whole time and they are fantastic! Steven Vasilevski does an awesome job and has kept us informed with what is happening with the property and the market. I have know Iris and her wonderful property management for many years. The property was leased quickly and I had no problems communicating with Steven and always got a prompt response. Later on I decided to sell the property and had no doubts I would be seeking professional sales help from Iris. Would give minus star if possible - EXTREMELY UNTRUSTWORTHY!! Be careful make sure you have everything in writing when you are dealing with this agent. They gave many false promises in selling a property, once I signed the contract and paid the deposit - they changed their tunes. I was misled and promised many things verbally that turned out to be false including that the tenant would move out as soon as possible and that I would be able to settle as soon as I was ready. I don’t leave reviews often because quite frankly some companies don’t deserve praise. That is not the case with AMSURE-CROWN SQUARE MANAGEMENT. I contacted Amsure-Crown Square Management exactly two years ago in July 2022. The agents name is Steven Vasilevski. I have been a tenant with Amsure Crown for the last few years. Steven is the property manager and one of the most professional and helpful person I have ever had. As a tenant, he responds to any reported issues promplty and get things done.
