Sunshine (her name is actually Sunshine) and Christopher helped me out SO MUCH recently. They both are incredible, and I’m so glad that they were able to assist me with parts purchasing, creating replacement fittings for out of stock parts, core returns, and laughter. Chris clearly knows what he’s talking about and how to do stuff. I don’t envy trailer mechanics and you gotta be creative with excellent lateral thinking skills to be an exceptional trailer mech. Beware of this company. Reviews are accurate. We dealt with a Heather and Mike trying to fix multiple billing errors and it felt like the blind leading the blind over there. We tried Spellman as recommended so far so good.
They are not deserve any star don’t make any deal with them I made deal for 2017 reefer with Jeff I paid cash over 20k with wire he said everything is perfect with this trailer I send my nephew to pick up trailer trailer has no annual inspection sticker and we start the reefer broke the fan belt I call the sales department talk to Jeff he denied to fix the problem and dot inspection demanded for more money to fix the problems they didn’t fix the problem didn’t put inspection sticker they were looking $500 dollars I paid $ 29... read more
