Everything pretty good as far as I'm concerned. Canadian companies sell China stuff all the time. I'll take Mexican product before China! LoL. I'm not racist. I have ordered pencils and hats. Received both in a timely manner.

Wish I could leave less than 1 star. One of the worst experiences I've ever had working with a promo item company, and I've been doing this for 15 years. Pathetic customer service, pathetic product quality, pathetic from all angles.
Just like the rest...Why didn't I check the reviews first? I ordered 2500 pens and they shipped out of the states. They DO NOT match the proof. The pens are just dumped in a box without protection and without packing.
