Bartended took money for a drink, gave the drink to a completely different girl then acvused my girlfriend of losing the drink. I am completely sober, I don’t drink and watched the whole thing. They had been buying drinks all night and the bartender wouldn’t refund or remake the drink. He was very rude about it, other staff were also unhelpful and told us to “take it up with him.” When asked what we could do to get our money back. Terrible customer service for customers who had been paying all night.
I have come here for a couple of shows over the years. It is a decent venue. A decent variety of drinks and some reasonable pub food.
