Mr.Amster the property manager is great! He works hard to make sure you are happy at his apartments. If anything goes wrong, like the heat goes out, which happened to me during the winter, he will not only Call and get someone out to fix it right away, he will also come over with some space heaters shortly after you call him; because he's the kind of landlord that actually cares about the people living in his apartments. We had to quickly relocate from Florida and choose an area and property to rent without being able to see it in person first. John was extremely accommodating, FaceTiming us to show us the property and giving us a good idea of the area. He was very attentive to the property and prompt with all requests! He was able to address any issue we had within 24 hours. We lucked out getting such a good landlord and we would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to rent!
