I rented from Jon for 3 years and had a great experience. He was always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Whenever any maintenance issues came up, he responded quickly and made sure they were taken care of promptly. I appreciated how reliable and attentive he was as a landlord, and I would gladly recommend him to future tenants.
We thoroughly enjoyed our short seven-month lease. Bellevue is a beautiful area that always felt safe and welcoming. Throughout our stay, any time we had a concern or needed assistance, the landlord was extremely responsive and addressed everything promptly. We truly appreciated the excellent communication and professionalism, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
Jon was a great Landlord during our 2+ years. He was quick to act when we contacted him, kept a consistent & reasonable price. We had a great experience.
Mr.Amster the property manager is great! He works hard to make sure you are happy at his apartments. If anything goes wrong, like the heat goes out, which happened to me during the winter, he will not only Call and get someone out to fix it right away, he will also come over with some space heaters shortly after you call him; because he's the kind of landlord that actually cares about the people living in his apartments.
