Dr Tadros is a fantastic doctor who I've been seeing for year's an even followed him from another surgery which wasn't very nice to attend however put up with it just to be able see Dr Tadros so was very happy once he moved to a nicer more family friendly practice i wouldn't trust another doctor, cos he knows my full medical history an always goes above an beyond my whole family see him as well.
This clinic runs efficiently all staff members l had experience with have gone above and beyond to help my Dr has always been able to provide the best care for my family and myself
The doctors are amazing, the reception staff are friendly and helpful and Rina the nurse is brilliant at taking blood and a lovely nurse
Extremely disappointing experience. We had an appointment booked for my father as a new patient with Dr. Imad. Unfortunately, he missed the appointment, and when I called the clinic to reschedule, the receptionist responded with a very rude attitude and told us to find another clinic, no offer to help or reschedule. I find it unbelievable and unacceptable to be treated this way, especially at a medical clinic where compassion and professionalism should come first.
