The doctors are amazing, the reception staff are friendly and helpful and Rina the nurse is brilliant at taking blood and a lovely nurse
Extremely disappointing experience. We had an appointment booked for my father as a new patient with Dr. Imad. Unfortunately, he missed the appointment, and when I called the clinic to reschedule, the receptionist responded with a very rude attitude and told us to find another clinic, no offer to help or reschedule. I find it unbelievable and unacceptable to be treated this way, especially at a medical clinic where compassion and professionalism should come first.
Great staff
Had my first appointment here today and the receptionist was lovely. So happy to have Dr Tadros back for my doctor. He is very caring and very helpful with my medical needs. It's a very relaxed clinic which is great
