I showed them a photo of what I wanted, I was told they got me and they were going to do it. 15 mins later - it has nothing to do with what I showed. It was way shorter hair and beard, and of course ruined lining of my mustache. Ruined the hair cut I wanted to have, which I could’ve done better myself at home. Had a horrible experience on my son's behalf tonight at this location. My 10 yr old ask the barber to do something and the barber didn't say anything to me to make sure or to make sure he understood what my son wanted. He proceeded to cut all my sons hair off in the back that my son had been growing for 2 yrs to donate to kids with no hair. My son is very disappointed and cried about this.
