Jody was amazing with communication and coordination, and Dave did the BEST job on our carpets. Our carpets were literally a nightmare when Dave started, and they ended up so nice! He has bought us a few years at least before we need to replace the carpets. Dave also gave amazing advice and direction to me and my partner regarding what type of new carpeting to get as well as how to make things work in the interim.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From initial contact with Jody to Dave cleaning, it was a great experience! We've been in this house for 24 years and after John's cleaning, the carpets look better than when we moved in! Super attentive to detail and overall we're just so happy with how the carpets look! HIGHLY recommended!
We had our carpets clean by John on Sept 19 and he did a fabulous job. Very conscientious and respectful. Highly recommend this company and John!
I had my carpets cleaned by AmSteam for the third time since living in my home. Dave did it this time and once again I have bright clean carpets. I like their service and cost charged.They have nice clean vans as well.
