I called for a quote on the 11th of February. Today is the 27th and still no quote. I have called and asked about it twice, and was assured I would have in a day or two. Still nothing. I would hate to have a claim and have to deal with this company. Not sure what the problem is over there, but even a 1 star rating may be too good.
We recently found out our previous agent had cancelled our auto insurance. Diana at Amstate was amazing and was able to get us competitive coverage even though it was late in the day before a holiday weekend. Diana went above and beyond to make sure our vehicles were covered.
I would definitely not use this company, fails to notify you on anything and will let your insurance expire.
We had transferred our hazard insurance over to Ross Jr over a year ago. Over that time I reached out to Ross about making some changes to our insurance and was told that we should leave it alone, that we don't want to rock the boat...So we did just that. I reached out about 3 times after that for quotes and Ross couldn't have any care about finding us a quote or ask us about deductibles and whatnot that we would like. We found another broker who was able to find a insurance company that was a good amount cheaper than we cur... read more
