Called 3 times. The first time it was late Friday so I was ok with that, but then I called Monday and Tuesday still no quote. The person who answers the phone said “since you are not closing until xxx (less than a month), you still have time”. I value organizing my time and that was not a good answer.
I called for a quote on the 11th of February. Today is the 27th and still no quote. I have called and asked about it twice, and was assured I would have in a day or two. Still nothing. I would hate to have a claim and have to deal with this company. Not sure what the problem is over there, but even a 1 star rating may be too good.
We recently found out our previous agent had cancelled our auto insurance. Diana at Amstate was amazing and was able to get us competitive coverage even though it was late in the day before a holiday weekend. Diana went above and beyond to make sure our vehicles were covered.
I would definitely not use this company, fails to notify you on anything and will let your insurance expire.
