1. They are not an oil change service. 2. They are an auto parts store that sells Amsoil. CARQUEST 3. They gave me the wrong oil filter. 32 mile rt to exchg. 4. Asked what their books showed for oil cap. Was told 7.1 qts with filter. Actually is 9.xxx qts. Moral of the story: TRUST NO ONE
