I have a unit at Compass Self Storage. I'm on a fixed income, and I moved my belongings into a unit last year. The increase I got at the 6 month mark was almost double. Then again at 6 months it went up significantly again! Apparently I'm grandfathered in at 6 months but others are at 3 month increases. I went to get some things out the other day and there were others moving out due to exorbitant increases. Horrific company. Owns Compass Self Storage which increases rates for no reason every few months. A total scam with zero accountability. They refuse to return calls. Truly evil people who live to take advantage of their customers. Stay away.
Fantastic company that truly cares about their customers. I have used them for my self storage needs and their units and facilities are always well maintained and their staff is extremely attentive and professional. I would highly recommend using Amsdell Companies!
