I actually started my day with amscot having a bad experience but instead on focusing on that I'll take the time to shine a light on the measures taken to resolve my issue. Trice was friendly, patient, and very sympathetic. She was diligent in her work and efficiently solved my problem. Her and the manager i spoke to on the phone were amazingly understanding and because of them I will continue to be a customer with amscot.
No customer service, do not greet people at all, and have an ass face!
I had a young lady named Wilande who gave me excellent service. I love her personality and very welcoming. I will be back again!!
