Unsure of the name for the manager, started with a D. A gentleman with a white shirt and very straight face, he didn't bother to properly process my documents and didn't add them on file when we discussed going to another location because we had to go back home for documents before closing. Very poor experience and customer service.
I have been in this store twice, and Sheila has been AMAZING! She provided confidence in the process, and has incredible customer service approach. Thanks so much Sheila for your service and support :)
Stopped in to pay a utility bill. Sheila was the employee who helped me. She was pleasant, professional, and helpful
Unbelievable treatment, there was a creepy old lady cashier was trying scare me, and said i have a balance from over 10 years ago, and then called some other woman thats speaks spanish wich madeit even more confusing and they were trying their best to keep my ID i am sure in hell i do not owe amscot a single penny for all i care they’re not on the right to ask so many question and hold IDs when all i was needing was a money order to pay my bills !
