George helped me today for a loan! Awesome service!
I had the worst experience ever. Customer Service was so horrible. Representative by the name of M A Howell was so rude, nonchalant , acted like he doesn’t care with an “oh well” attitude”, left me feeling hurt and not being helped. That person needs to be retrained on customer service. Never again will I come into this place

Had a problem with the bank the money was to be paid back to . They helped me use a new account from a different bank and actually two employees worked together as I stood there in amazement at the speed they did this feat that I could not perform I tip my hat once ore to AMSCOT and their workers
