This “manager” was very rude to a non-English speaking woman at 5:40 6/14/25. I asked the other agent if she spoke Spanish because this manager was literally being antagonistic in repeating “no…. How can I help you” in a very soft but maniacal way that made my skin crawl. I cringed and asked the other agent who was definitely Latino. She responded that she only understood some.
