I ordered spiral window balances that were exact replacements for my existing balances. They were not strong enough, I discovered the existing balances were incorrect. AMSCO refused to even give me partial credit exchanging for new ones, even though they were unused. Also, the original sales agent told me about 2 weeks. Instead they shipped immediately by Fedex - for $36.69. Very poor business practices. Look elsewhere.

These window inserts are the bomb, work great and made of quality, easy to install if you can measure and cut. Company is terrific and was able to ship super fast. I highly recommend these inserts.

Don’t understand the negative reviews…I had an excellent experience. Needed a replacement balance spring that NO ONE else seemed able to source, locally, or on the web. Jim, by phone, walked me through the part identification process. It DID take a while to receive, as it was not a stock item and had to be made. But upon arrival, a perfect fit. Price was reasonable, and he really was friendly and helpful.
