Amsale has been so warm and inviting to me. I returned after buying my dress for my son’s wedding, hoping to land the dress for my daughters, which I’m still looking. Gianna Walker was a dream to work with. Polite, professional and eager to assist me. Amsale has a total asset with Gia assisting their clients. Keep up all the hard work! All my best :)

I had such a great experience at Amsale. My stylist, Alla, was so kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful throughout the process. Even though I didn't have a clear vision coming into the appointment, Alla picked dresses that fit my style and looked gorgeous on my body type. It's worth mentioning that I didn't feel well during the appointment, and she even followed up with me later to see how I was feeling. She's a true professional, and you are in good hands with her!

I worked with Gianna (Gia) Walker in the Soho location to find my mother of the bride dress and she was fantastic! At my in-person meeting to try on dresses, she shared thoughtful suggestions and perspectives from her experience and knowledge of the Amsale inventory. Afterward, she patiently worked with me over a two-month period to narrow in on the perfect dress, in the perfect color so it wouldn't detract the bridesmaids, and in the correct size for me. Horrible experience overall! I have 10 days until my wedding and 4 of my bridesmaids dresses have not came in. It’s very frustrating and even more so because it’s so hard to get ahold of anyone. I feel as so they do not take me seriously and can never get a straight answer over the phone.
