Customer service is terrible!!! No reply to the web site inquiry form, multiple phone calls nor E Mail.
I sent this TERRIBLE company a broken secondary seat stop out of a Cessna after sending them pictures of the part and getting a quote from them. I waited almost 2 months and never heard back from them. I called them and they said they lost my part and could not find it. They stopped answering my phone calls and emails.
