Dont buy from this company their conversion in the vans aren't do well & not at all good for Chicago roads. Also buy the expended warranty because it will be in the alot! Ours been in the shop 6 times in a year plus they don't like buying for repairs. Sherman Dodge refused to do business with this company because they don't pay!. Zero star Mike & Kelly they are lier!

The overall experience purchasing at AMS Vans was an easy, pleasurable experience. The staff (especially Allen Seigel) was very informative and friendly. It was very much a non-pressured sales experience. It was more or less..."Here's what we have that fits your needs, here's the floor plans we have to configure your van, and here's the cost". Sorry to say as much as I appreciate the person that sold me to the van . There are some things that were not mentioned. Since receiving the van there has been numerous issues. Then to find out today That warranty only covers certain things and not being told that there's different warranties under different parts and that when you get the van you already have the warranty up due to it started when the conversion of the van was done. They absolutely DO NOT stand behind their product (vans)!!! Bought a van there in 2019! New! In 2020 took it in to a Toyota dealership (locally) for a Toyota recall (fuel pump recall) item. The dealership I took it to phones me a couple hours later, states they will NOT touch this vehicle as it is not safe to drive and they will not be responsible for it and are NOT able to “fix” it because it was not manufactured safely by AMS.
