Worst company in the world!!!! And now of course they changed their name to SENECA SERVICING, in an attempt to dodge their terrible reputation. Mean and rude customer service. Why are they not investigated by the DOJ???? I have had 4 offers to short sell my house and each time they keep raising the amount they want in an attempt to not sell it! Even after my realtor had the property reappraised even lower than the first original offer was based off of. That is insane!!! And I always get "new" case managers that don't know wh... read more

The worst Mortgage company in the world. I keep getting late notices from them. They misapply my payments every fricken time. They are rude when you call them. I have not idea why this company is even in business.
SUCK SUCK SUCK!!!! AMS SUCKS. Bought my mortgage, unfortunately, and they are the biggest bunch of idiots out there. You can't view anything account info online, all paperwork/statements have been sent past payment due dates and customer service is useless. ...and if you want a copy of any of your paperwork they CHARGE YOU!!! really, $3-5 for a copy of your statement or payment history, what a joke. SAme crap everytime I call and complain..."we're new and not up to speed yet" blah blah blah Its almost like they want you to d... read more
UPDATE post: July post: I'm waiting on the phone with them right now. They bought out my loan and I never received any paperwork or notification. This is the second time I'm trying to reach them via phone. I've also sent a formal letter to them requesting that I am not charged any late payments because of their ill attempt to contact me that my loan has been taken over by them.
