Very unprofessional, hot headed, rude and crooked in his billing and the way he runs his operation.
Person who answered the phone answered it like I was calling the wrong number. Very rude and unprofessional. Didn't even get past trying to schedule an appointment due to person being rude and short. If you're running a business, and providing a service, answeing basic questions like scheduling an estimate is the start of gaining a client and income for your business. If you like to encounter issues like this when expecting to drop at least 10k on a roof replacement, then this company would be perfect for you.
Excellent service from skilled craftsmen. Job was done right, quickly and professionally.
