I have had a AMS roof on my mobile home for over 25 years. hurricanne Ivan left 8 adjacent mobile home roofs and carports behind my mobile home!! The adjuster came from my insurance company and told the insurance company everything was fine! My roof was guaranteed for life from AMS with stipulations. When AMS came out they said something big had gone down my roof and it would no longer be guarenteed! It was a pleasure to work with AMS on our project even from a thousand miles away. Good materials and quality workmanship. They took care of all the permits and no problems. They cleaned up after themselves. After seeing other jobs by other contractors it was worth the wait for AMS to schedule us in. Thank you Wade.
I'd give them a zero rating if possible. AMS installed our metal roof in September 2018 during which they dropped a heavy roll of aluminum on our roof which cracked the ceiling drywall seams in our home. During Milton, debris hit and caused a small slice in our roof that was immediately and properly patched. At my request they came to check it and our solartube skylight and said it needed to be replaced for $800.
