Misleading Practices – Very misleading practices. They will charge you for their employees *travel time* from their warehouse. Their packers were at our house for 4.5 hours, yet they tried to charge us for 8 hours. When I asked why, all they would say is "traffic". Two issues here: 1. They never told me up front this was their policy and 2. their warehouse is at most a 25 minutes drive from my house. Liars.
