I am a retired RN. My significant other was seen there recently. His work up by a doctor there was lacking. The doctor did not order appropriate tests, he did not properly investigate the complaint. The abnormal results of the tests done were not properly investigated. He did not have the patient come in for follow up and he did not order the appropriate consultation. Unable to see a dentist and called to try to get antibiotics but since I canceled an appointment back in march the receptionist had a lovely attitude about it. I canceled the appointment because my job scheduled my physical with a different provider, that shouldn't have interfered with my future medical needs
Our family loves Arnot Medical! Dr. Wilber is the best. He is so smart and helpful and makes you feel really comfortable. He’s helped me work to figure out and resolve multiple long term issues that had been bothering me for many years. The office always is able to get me in for an appointment quickly and I’ve never had to wait long once I have arrived. I’m really glad my family found this place!
They never answer calls, my doctor came in talked with me and left and never came back a nice young assistant came & got me and was shocked that I was just left there. I only go there once a yr for a physical. I'm not a money maker for them so I guess I'm easy to ignore. I'm looking now for a doctor that actually listens and addresses the problem. This place can't even keep doctors they all leave. I recommend not going here.
My father is going through cancer treatments and was informed on Friday by the staff here that he could come in for bloodwork on Monday. We come in today and they have a sign on the door saying labs are closed today. Just drove 40 mins for nothing and now my father’s chemo treatments are set back. Thanks for nothing. Learn to do your job!
