Me and my dad have just both bought bathroom suites from here, Dave made the whole experience from start to finish super easy providing quality advice and having the patience of a saint whilst we swapped and changed our mind between options. The showroom is setup efficiently with so many different variations to look at and get inspiration from. Would certainly recommend paying AMS a visit, thanks again Dave

Rubbish products. Rubbish service. Won't exchange faulty goods and do not know consumer rights. Spent £10k with them and the quality is poor. Less than 6 months old parts wearing away. Taps going white. Radiators that don't work. Use them at your absolute peril.

Struggling to find the right terminology - as a plumbing novice - to ask for a simple fibre tap washer, I suggested "O Rings". The member of staff snorted derisively at this, pulling a face that looked like he'd had a mild stroke and repeated it loudly (as he'd done with everything else I'd suggested) like he'd never heard of anything like it before - "O RINGS?!?!". sold me a syphon for my toilet when my usual plumbers was closed, after telling the guy that i wasn't sure how the sizing works, i showed him a photo of the old one and he still sold me the wrong one, he charged nearly double for the exact same one as toolstation ,but i thought be worth it to get correct one,,on trying to fit it, it was the wrong one, so took it back to get a smaller one ,,they never had a smaller one so asked for a refund ,that they refused ,only bought it a few days earlier went to toolstation who helped m... read more
