One Man band show, always turns up late, or not at all. Takes much longer than promised because his glued to his phone. Needs to wear a pair of glasses because he misses so much, a very old man in his late Sixties, his very charming wears a suit all the time, told me on one occasion that he couldn't stop because he was going to a funeral. Found this as a very fast and friendly company who arrived and gave an estimate in quick time, it was very competitive to say the least, so gave the go ahead to proceed as soon as they had time to fit us in, communication was great and they arranged and arrived on the day they said, Perfect our bedroom was cleared by them and the whole job was done over 2 days, have now booked in more work for an other room, and most importantly they are also going to do our outside work before winter sets in, we’ll done guys.
