Paid 87,646 dollars to have Several roof top Units replaced. When it got hot we had to spend another $1300 dollars with another company to have the wiring fixed that AMS did incorrectly. AMS only warranties their work for 90 days. Even on something like this that was clearly negligence, they said they would come and charge to fix the issue. Bad Customer service and un apologetic when I talked to the manager about the poor craftmanship.
I'm posting this review on the 12th day of a one-day job. To quote the salesman "this job was a tragedy." My best advice? Find another option.
