Beware. AMS Home Remodeling and Frank Monroe took our deposit in March and then disappeared. He was very attentive and responsive up until the day he cashed our deposit. He then disappeared, refused to answer or return calls or texts, and has yet to contact us. If you have had the same experience please post as there will be strength in numbers when we seek justice from this company and it’s owner.
Came for the initial appointment, never replied again!
Don't Bother! Took off work for an appointment. They never showed. After leaving a phone message and emailing, 24 hours I've still not received an explanation or apology. Bad customer service
