I'm a truck driver, and I came to make a delivery. I arrived 25 minutes early. And the warehouse guy treated me very badly. He rudely told me that if I didn't see that the appointment was at 11, I was off duty. I replied that it was fine because the broker told me to arrive between 9 and 11 am, like I have in my tracking app. He rudely responded: "I don't care or what the broker says, you have to be aware of the delivery time. Incredibly rude operator... Called in regards to business inquiries and was aggressively told "we do not do any of that", followed up by "does it look like we are involved in that".
Fast environment
