Very good selection of fireplaces and firepits. We first stopped in to check electric fireplaces for a remodel and talked to Mitchell. He is very knowledgable, took the time to explain the functioning, pros, cons of different fireplaces, features. We came back a few weeks later after revising our project opring for a gas fireplace and went through the same thorough explanations by Mitchell. Price seemed fair for an online delivery order. This is how they packed my items. Everything was damaged and the screws were missing. I don’t recommend ordering anything online from them; they don’t pack your items appropriately, they obviously don’t care!
I have never purchased anything from AMS Fireplace, but I have been using their products. Today, I had a wonderful experience with one of their employees, Denzel. He was incredibly helpful, had a positive attitude, and provided exceptional customer service. He assisted me with a Lion BBQ brand wiring diagram, even though the manufacturer doesn't offer troubleshooting guidelines. AMS was a great place to buy our DaVinci 59 Greensmart fireplace. They had excellent product knowledge. Would highly recommend them.
10/10 would recommend. They were to communicative and flexible with payment as well as an ultra fast delivery (we needed it before our gender reveal party). Ana is the best, if you get to work with her you are lucky! Again, definitely recommend buying from AMS.
