Ill just die in a field next time thank you very much. Centralus has made it impossible to pay with insurance. I spent 6 months calling and following their directions sending emails between insurance and Centralus and neither one would do anything. I now paid a ridiculous bill on my own and hoping insurance (that I pay for) will reimburse (they will not). All because Centralus prefers send collections rather than an email.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is at Big Flats Family Medical. Dr. Collins is absolutely Amazing! He always offers a smile, listens to every concern i have. The entire staff is friendly, caring and very welcoming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tried for two hours to contact their office - always rang busy. Found out they were badly understaffed and had every call on hold. Been going there for 30 years, but they are slipping badly recently.
Dr Collins is excellent. Listens well, very helpful and friendly. Puts you right at ease and feels approachable l. Everything you'd want in a doctor.
