I called AMS Electrical for an appointment --which I was able to obtain rapidly-- to install a dedicated circuit for a microwave convection oven in my kitchen and to relocate an electrical receptacle and a light switch box (in order to enlarge a window). I had a scary situation in our house where I thought it could burn down because of faulty wiring after a bulb got super bright and hot. They were great at coming out quickly and Chad looked at it all and then explained everything extremely well. He gave very clear suggestions as of what needs to happen and followed up quickly. He gave me peace of mind, which I really appreciated. Also, I probably annoyed them because I called multiple times and they were kind with each call.
This company is great and offers reasonable pricing. The owners are awesome and great to work with Phil and Beth. The people they hired as well are great people Who get work done in an accurate time manner. They are always willing to answer any questions that you have. I will definitely be going with this company again in the future for my electrical needs.
I had a chandelier with a broken mounting that was hanging 15 ft high by just two wires. Dangerous situation. Michigan Chandelier referred me to AMS and they returned my call within the hour. Gary diagnosed the problem over photos, ordered parts and rescheduled other work to make fixing this unsafe situation a priority. He and his electrician even came on the 4th of July to make the repairs. They were knowledgeable, careful of my home with the awkward scaffolding and made safety a priority.
