AMS does the majority of construction work and outdoor repairs in our condo community, and I’m very happy with the work they provided in replacing my outdoor deck. They did it in two days, the work and materials were high quality, and they came when they said they would. Communication from the owner is great and he’s always very responsive.
We had a great experience with AMS Construction LLC. We moved into a 6th story condo where we had new floors laid, counter tops changed, and toilets replaced. Andrew and John were very responsive with questions and concerns we had along the job. We had to make all kinds of changes time wise because of approvals with our HOA, and they and their crews flexed very well!
