long story short, on a trip with my bf to tennessee and all of a sudden we hear a scraping noise from the plate underneath his car. googled and called this shop, was super friendly and got us in. fixed and out the door in 20 mins! such a relief and a huge help! thank you thank you thank you! highly recommend

He answered his phone, this was already more than most of them could bother to do on a Friday night or even Sat morning. He had a flat bed truck, also more than some of the others around there. He came out just as he said he would and picked the vehicle up, also just as he said he would. I wasn't expecting him to even take a gander until Monday, but I had told him I was needing my vehicle to get back to work out of town, and to my surprise it was actually done and I could have picked it up Sunday evening. Matt was absolutely amazing. Called him in a panic last night for a bad oil leak. Was able to run over to him first thing this morning, he diagnosed the issue in minutes, even called in the part for pick up at the store and had us back on the road in an hour. Incredible man and service!

Our car broke down 2 hours into a road trip. Matt quickly diagnosed the problem and helped us decide what to do next. He was very friendly and helpful, and did all this on what was supposed to be his day off
