Gene and his team are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They installed new units in our house and were able to get the work done the next day once we made arrangements. Their prices were fair and we are very happy with the work they did. 100% would recommend them for any of your AC needs.
When our AC stopped functioning entirely last week, AMS swooped in to our aid incredibly quickly! Despite notifying them late in the evening of our need to replace our entire system, they gave us a very quick response in the same evening and we were able to set up an early morning inspection. Our older AC stopped blowing cold air. The first company to come out completely focused on selling us a new unit. We wanted another opinion, so we called AMS. Gene was super friendly, answered our questions, made recommendations, and didn't hard-sell us on expensive solutions. Gene fixed the immediate problem today, and when we replace this unit we will absolutely call AMS. Thank you for making me feel like a long-time valued customer on our very first service call.
