I am satisfied so far with the care I receive from Dr. Palla I only have one thing that does bother me & that is that I have a 40 to 45 minute trip to see him & it is usually a virtual visit even though I am right there in a room. Gas is very expensive right now & besides that if I have an in office visit I prefer to see the Dr actually in the room.
Dr. Palla and his entire team have been a blessing during one of the hardest chapters of my life. From the very first visit, they showed compassion, patience, and genuine care. The nurses — Lori, Mindy, Elizabeth, Freema, and others — consistently make each treatment far less frightening and much more manageable. A special thank‑you to Stephanie in the pharmacy.
