I’m a current resident just a warning if you want to rent from these people. They will raise your rent every year and no kind of services. They use to spray your yard if you have rocks not grass no longer do. The bug guy comes by and does a half ass job. And now they want an inspection of your property inside and out. Tenants have experienced issues such as poor communication, delayed maintenance responses, and questionable charges that are not clearly explained or justified. These practices create unnecessary stress and frustration for renters. Based on these concerns, AMRR may not be a trustworthy or professional choice for those seeking a dependable property management company.

I would strongly advise against renting with AMRR Property Management. Communication is extremely difficult, as it often requires reaching out multiple times before receiving any type of response. Even then, you are frequently promised a follow-up call that never actually comes. This company appears to prioritize profit over tenants’ well-being. Additionally, there have been instances where they have misrepresented the condition of items that were already broken.

We’ve worked with AMRR Property Management a lot and they’re always great to deal with. The team is organized, easy to communicate with, and things get handled quickly. It’s nice knowing we always have a point of contact to call if anything comes up. Definitely a solid group to work with!

My wife and I always pay rent early, basically right when it becomes available to pay. We were in the middle of signing a new lease which the rent was due to increase 3%. We were billed our original rate for this month thinking the new rate would start next month. We paid it on the 26th of June and went about our business thinking nothing of it. On the 7th of July we received an eviction notice due to non payment of rent. We go check our account and it shows we paid nothing and owed the full amount which has the increase. So... read more
