If I could give zero stars I would. Zero communication. Do no communicate needs. Send people out without communicating. Do not answer their phones. Would never work with them again.
We were falsely accused of damaging the property. AMRR initially sent us an outrageous $10,000 bill, only to later walk it back with a casual “whoops.” Because we hadn’t damaged the property. On move-in day, the carpets hadn’t been replaced, and the home was dirty. We found discarded makeup shavings in drawers, human hair around the tubs, and the stench of weed embedded in everything, even the dishwasher. No cleaning had been done prior to our move in. Please do not use this rental company. My husband and I got screwed over in several different ways because of this company and this company alone. Had nothing to do with the house itself. Here are a few examples… 1. We submitted two different maintenance requests over our one year lease. They were pretty simple requests and things we definitely needed done.
