Do not do business with these people. They do not do any maintenance on your property and they lie to you and tell you that the owners won’t authorize payment. They try to push minority families out of white neighborhoods and raise rent only on the minority families I had a service request in from the entire time we lived there, and they never would fix the window that was broken when we moved in the toilet that was broken for the ceiling fan. I currently rent a home behind HEB. Since they changed management it has been horrible. I needed batteries changed on my smoke detector whose ceiling is about 12-14 feet high they told me if they came I would be charged 80.00 for the time. Really what's the purpose of renting a home if I have to pay all of the maintenance fees? Please do not rent from them. They will change anything even if it's not written on the contract. I am absolutely disgusted with this property management company. After they took over the property, things went downhill fast. They’ve implemented a ridiculous 3% rent increase for tenants who want to renew their leases, which they didn’t disclose when we signed. On top of that, they charge outrageous fees for even the smallest maintenance issues, fees that other companies don’t charge for. The house itself is new, but the neighborhood is a nightmare.
