Amrock did not do my quick claim deeds. Kathy(my Amrock rep) we had conversations about that being done, there were 3 actual titles that needed to be changed but she could only find 2- after a week my mtg lender called and asked if we had closed yet- I informed him and he called her and she told him she had tried to call me several times and left voicemail- and she never called me not once, i wanted this process completed- it would be to no advantage for me to ignore her calls. Waiting for over a month for them to call and set a time and date for closing and now because their call team DID NOT do thier jobs and actually lied to me and the bank about calling we are losing the house that we have been fighting for 6+ months to buy
Amrock forgot to record my closing documents at the county until I called to remind them, 3 weeks after my closing. Now I stuck and can’t refinance due to them not performing they work they were contracted for. You have choices in title companies. FIND ANOTHER TITLE Company. Amrock is not capable of completing the work.
