Dr. Elfeky is fantastic- he helped answer all of my questions authentically and patiently. I can tell he has had lots of experience with these surgeries, and I felt more than comfortable scheduling him for my Endo excision surgery. I am one week post-op and am recovering well. He has already called twice to check in and review lab results. I am so glad I trusted him with caring for me from my initial appointment to post-op care.
Dr. Amro Elfeky is a FANTASTIC doctor and surgeon. Going to Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine was my "last resort", I was so close to giving up on finding treatment for my (at the time, suspected) endometriosis. As a young adult woman, many doctors will try to beat around the bush by throwing various different birth controls at you to see what might stick to mask your pain. I can’t recommend Dr Elfeky enough for endometriosis surgery. He was extremely thorough during the entire process. During each call and visit I never felt rushed or dismissed. His office staff was also very helpful during the process.
I really can only be greatful for everything I trusted this surgeon with but also what he trusted me with and my body and knowing what I wanted for it. I am and was very young to have stage four endometriosis and at the amount I had it at. He was the first of so many doctors to see the urgency of that all and not just my age.
