Amazing Authentic Punjabi Food! Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Amritsari Tarka Birmingham! The food was fresh, authentic, and full of amazing Punjabi flavors. The Chole Bhature were outstanding. The bhature were perfectly fluffy and crispy, while the chole were rich, spicy, and packed with flavor. First of all there is no priority whoever came first in the restaurant. We were waiting already before the few people arrived in the restaurant and the staff gave priority to those people. Because they were 5 - 6 people. They don’t give a shit. We waited to get the table for at least 20 - 25 minutes. The restaurant itself is very unhygienic condition. Been before the refurb, food was great, service was good and the vibe was nice, but now, it’s even better! Aman, Harry and Jelti were amazing with their service and the food was so bloody good, they ran out of ice and they went out and got some, I’ll be back again!
