Had an appointment 3/24 at 2:40, when I came in and told them I had an appointment they told me that I wasn’t able to be seen due to their system not assigning me a doctor. I drove all the way to their location just to not be seen. I even showed them proof of my appointment and they also saw my appointment in their system. They didn’t even call me before the appointment to let me know of their errors and instead sent me home. Worst experience ever.
I have as there last year and my experience was not the best. Insurance benefits presentation is the worst. My prescription was wrong. I decided to go back this year hoping things had changed. They have not. You must accept a certain treatment or they cannot proceed with your exam, once again when your benefits are presented they hesitate. I have been trying to get a response since last week regarding my prescription and still no response. All they say is we will call you back. Once again completely disappointed.
Beautiful office. Everyone was very helpful.
Love all the staff and doctors great customer service. They really care about their patients.
