I worked here and one of the staff members was aggressive and I asked him to be nice and he turned that on me and another coworker wanted me to talk about my personal life when that wasn’t their business and so they found fault with me when really they were the ones to have pretty harmful behavior. I would wish for greater personal accountability of people who work there for sure. The products are good and pure.
The spiders and dirt and dust that cover their clean room and production facilities are nicer to work with then people who can’t respect other peoples boundaries and who energy vampire off of innocent souls .
Good quality oils however their staff is unreliable and keep bait and switching prices on you. Be careful doing any wholesale business with them and i highly suggest ordering direct from a manufacturer like Shiva rather than a 3rd party such as these clowns. I caught a price hike and in one year they raised the price almost 1/3 on multiple oils yet they tried the same thing on the 1st order and corrected the pricing and apologized for the wrong price..
