He was very nice and very professional explain everything in detail but told me in a way that I could understand. His bed manner is very warm he spoke to me like we know me I’m very impressed. He wants to help people.
First its important to note that I have never actually spoken to Narula, other than a few seconds before a procedure and a few seconds after. Every appointment and follow up has been done with an underling (that is not even a doctor). Recently I had a upper endoscopy, as a self employed person I pay for all medical costs personally, and they insisted I pay for the procedure before it was done. Dr Narula has been very thorough in his diagnosis and treatment for both types of endoscopy I've had him do. He is very knowledgeable about other aspects of medicine and helped me out in many ways. I've been a patient of his for over 2 decades.
