Dr. Chiluwal is an extremely professional very knowledgeable about the spinal cord, focused and caring Neurosurgeon. He excels at both explaining procedures offering encouragement and reassurance. He was very honest about the risks and outcomes for my surgery. He made me feel comfortable despite my anxiety before my surgery, showing empathy and compassion through his excellent communication skills. I am very grateful to him and his staff/crew Thank you Dr. Chiluwal for being my Neurosurgeon. You are the Best!
My husband had a very good experience with Dr Chiluwal. Cervical and lumbar laminectomies were quite successful, absolutely no pain anymore in the back. Dr Chiluwal spent as much time as needed to explain all aspects of the 2 surgeries, he was very attentive and thorough. Office visits were handled in a professional and timely manner. We have already recommended him to others.
Dr Chiluwal is the absolute best any one could hope for to help with any back pain or other such problems My pain that rendered me unable to walk and by days end bed bound has all but disappeared after the surgery he completed on 5/14/25 I’ll be forever grateful t him and the PA For another Dr that recommended him He’s just terrific
I've had multiple surgeries (fusions) over the years and my condition deteriorated to the point of being hunched over and in unbearable pain. In desperation and unable to walk, I went to St. Francis hospital to the emergency room for help! That's when Dr. Chiluwal saw me and said, "you need and operation! I said you can help me and he said, if course! Here I am 8 weeks later and I am standing upright and feeling amazing! I thank God for the miraculous work and grace from Dr. Chiluwal! He gave me a new lease on life!
