called and tried to set appointment for eyebrow threading she she said they don’t do that… meanwhile the services include that. If they don’t offer that then that service should be removed!
I asked for light natural looking lashes and even showed her a picture of what I wanted and she put thick ugly stripper lashes on me that look like big black catapillars. It looks absolutely terrible and I paid her $200 and now I have to go somewhere else to pay to have these awful things removed and redone correctly. Aside from that she literally dropped her tool on my face and it stabbed my cheek. And she kept dripping the glue all over my face. Love this place Qai responds to any of my questions and is flexible with my hectic schedule and does amazing job with my daughters hair, Dawn did my daughters braids and I am in love with it, highly recommend this place
Taja did such an amazing job on me! I’ve gotten services from her twice and both times she was professional, she made me feel comfortable and did a great job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Taja for your skin care and waxing services!
